This product is considered as one of the best alpine cheese of Piedmont. Its taste is rather balanced and it is soft, sweet and delicate on the palate.

The rind is washed with water and salt, it is yellow and does not present any mould. It is sweeter and more delicate than the other artisanal Mottarone cheese.
Produced in Verbano-Cusio-Ossola
Organoleptic properties: made with cow raw milk. Its rind is washed and clean. The cheese itself is pale yellow, with tiny holes distributed. Its flavour is pleasant and savoury. Aged for 90 days.
Ingredients: milk, salt, rennet and starter cultures.
