Shipping and returns

When are products shipped?

We ship products Mondays and Tuesdays to preserve their freshness and quality and to avoid their stop in warehouses during the weekend. Orders received from Monday to Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders received from Friday to Sunday included will be shipped on Tuesday.

How do shipments work?

Shipments are traceable and express. It takes 24/48h to receive the order in Italy..

We also ship: in the USA (Express 5-6 days) and in Europe (Germany, Austria, France, Belgium and Switzerland)(Express 3-4 days).

Shipping fees:

  • Switzerland: 35.00 €, free over a 150€ order (minimum 20€)
  • USA: 49,95$, free over a 235$ order (minimum 40$)
  • Germany and Austria:25,00€, free over a 79€ order (minimum 20€)
  • France: 30,00€, free over a 85€ order (minimum 20€)
  • Belgium: 30,00€, free over a 85€ order (minimum 20€)

How is shipping cost calculated?

It is automatically calculated by the site system at checkout. It will be enough to put the right e-mail and to click on "Proceed to shipping".

How are products delivered?

Products are vacuum packed and in the warmer months (from May to September) are put in special boxes with dry ice.

Do you have a problem with your order?

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us via e-mail to assistenza@ossolafood.com and we will solve your problem immediately. If your products are damaged, please take some pictures of the damage and send them to us via e-mail to assistenza@ossolafood.com. If the damage is visible from the outside, we suggest you refuse the delivery and to let us know as soon as possible via e-mail with some pictures of it attached. The pick-up costs of damaged products will be charged to Ossolafood. Moreover, as appropriate, we will consider a new delivery or a replacement of the damaged product.

Products cannot be returned if not damaged, to avoid altering their organoleptic properties.

REFUNDS

How will I get my money back?

The refund takes place via the method payment you selected at checkout.
The shop is in UE and all transactions are converted in Euro right after the payment.

When will the refund be made?

The refund will be processed as soon as we have the information needed, to assess the request.
Attention please: If you paid with a credit card, the refund will appear on your credit card statement within a few days. It will be displayed with the description "Order refund #............ of ............"
