The artisanal Crodo Riserva cheese is one of the most incredible cheeses of ours. It tastes delicate and rather distinctive, thanks to its long aging process, which lasts from 6 to 12 months.

Produced in Ossola Valley with cow milk 100% ossolano.

Organoleptic properties: cheese rind brushed, non-edible.

The colour of the cheese is soft yellow, which becomes more intense going on with its aging process.

It has some tiny holes, which are regular and well distributed.

Its consistency is semi-hard due to its processing and aging process.

Its flavour is delicate but intense with floral, dried fruits notes and savoury aromas.

Food and wine pairing: full-bodied red wines. Chestnut honey. Wild apples, rye bread, polenta.

The minimum aging process lasts 60 days from cow pasteurised whole milk.

Ingredients: Milk, salt, calf rennet, starter cultures. Allergens: Milk and milk-based products, lactose.
